Make Your Visit Enjoyable
- Arrival
Relax during your spa journey by arriving 20-30 minutes early. This allows time to change and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of steam and a relaxing beverage. Late arrivals finish at the scheduled time, while the treatment fee remains the same. - Appointments
Please provide credit card or gift card information when scheduling your appointment. Cancellation Policy - Time is a non-renewable commodity. We require at least 24 hours of cancellation for single services and 72 hours (3 days) for retreats or multiple services, or 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the appointment. All services are reserved with a credit card. No shows are charged 100% of the service fee. Parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Gratuities
Most clients follow 15-20% guidelines. For your convenience, envelopes are available at the desk. Packages will have an 18% gratuity automatically added. - Peacefulness
For their safety, children under 10 are not allowed. Children 10-16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please silence all cell phones and pagers prior to entering the spa.
- Attire
A comfortable robe, slippers and spa locker are available for all clients. You may wear your undergarments or bathing suit during your visit. We can provide disposable garments. Clients will be fully draped for all treatments. Guests 18 and under are required to wear a bathing suit.
Please do not bring your valuables to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
At Your Service
- Comfortable surroundings with an abundant supply of fresh beverages and light snacks are available for all clients. Our facilities are available for private events. Please call to reserve our Spa for corporate events, bridal showers, birthday celebrations or a get together. See our Spa Parties, or let us customize it for your group.
- Gift Cards
Bella Nova Gift Cards are perfect for any event, special occasion or thank you. Gift cards can be used to purchase services, packages, or a variety of Bella Nova products. Cards are not refundable but are transferable. Gift cards expire one year from date of purchase and cannot be extended. Prices may be higher when redeeming a card than at the time the card was purchased. Coupons, discounts & BellaSaver Specials cannot be used when paying with Gift Cards. Promotional gift cards may not be used for medical services or in conjunction with spa packages. - Boutique
Our Boutique allows clients to extend the benefits of their spa journey. Products used during your treatment are available for purchase either online or in our beautiful boutique.
Bella Signature Floral Service
Finish off any service with a flourish. A dozen roses presented to your friend upon completion of their special day - $50.
